October 24-27, 2009
Grand Hyatt Hotel, Washington, DC

The J Street Student Conference will bring together 250 students committed to peace and security for Israel and the Middle East from October 24-27, 2009 in Washington, DC.
There, you'll connect with hundreds of other students who share your values and learn valuable skills about how to bring our message back to your campus. Most importantly, you'll make your voice heard as part of the rapidly growing pro-Israel, pro-peace movement of which J Street is a part.
On Monday we will join the general J Street Conference. Conference attendees will include policy makers and academics, community leaders and netroots activists, as well as Israeli and Arab thinkers and leaders, all focused on promoting U.S. diplomatic leadership to achieve Middle East peace and security.
The Conference will feature conversation and debate about the impact of the region's conflicts on politics in America, as well as provide a showcase for the wide range of exciting new work that is being done here and in the Middle East.
Join us and nearly a dozen participating organizations – Alliance for Middle East Peace, Ameinu, Americans for Peace Now, Brit Tzedek v'Shalom, Israel Policy Forum, Meretz USA, New Israel Fund, One Voice, Rabbis for Human Rights, The Shalom Center – to explore complex issues with sophistication and nuance.
